FEDERAL STATE LAWS OF STYRIA – LEGAL TEXT EDITION WITH AN OVERVIEW OF THE CASE LAW

The work was published in 1996, 2000 and 2002. First as a title in the famous KODEX-series of the publishing house ORAC (now Lexis Nexis).

In 1996, the Styrian federal state laws were not available over the internet. Only law editions of individual laws such as construction law or fisheries law existed. The KODEX was a collection of laws regarding constitutional and organizational law, municipal law, employment law, finance law, internal administration law, cultural law, agriculture and forestry law, commercial law, land law, construction and traffic law as well as social security and health care law. Most of the laws were not available in a consolidated version, before.

From the 2nd edition on, also the case law related to the laws was printed with the law sentences of the decisions.

The book had 1120 pages in the 3rd edition.
