FEDERAL STATE LAWS OF LOWER AUSTRIA

Until the year 2002 the federal state laws of Lower Austrian was only published as a loose-leaf binder, in which the pages were replaced, and not in the form of a bound federal state gazettes. The work as of 01.01.2002 was designed according to the example of the collection “Federal state laws of Styria”. Besides selected legislative texts in a consolidated version with distinction of the amendments it also contains an overview of the jurisprudence. It covers constitutional and organizational law, municipal law, employment law, finance law, internal administration law, cultural law, agriculture and forestry law, commercial law, land law, construction and traffic law as well as social security and health care law.

The book has 1098 pages.
