Dispute resolution for consumer disputes: ODR-platform online

The Regulation on Consumer ODR (ODR Regulation 524/2013/EC) obliges the EC-Commission to operate a Europe-wide internet platform as a central contact and service point for consumers and entrepreneurs. With the help of this internet platform disputes arising from sales or service contracts between entrepreneurs and consumers when closed online shall be decided out-of-court.
